Most people in the UK have heard of Oxfam. Their work is diverse and across several countries worldwide. Their main aim is to fight poverty both immediately and in the long term by changing policy.

The main issues fought by Oxfam include:

Health, Education, Gender Equality, World Food Crisis, Trade, Climate Change, Debt and Aid.

They work in countries as far apart as Columbia, Georgia, Dominican Republic, Ethiopia, Malawi, Nepal, Sierra Leonne and Albania.
